Risotto

Mmmmm.... paired with a nice Merlot, this pumpkin risotto was dinner one night this past week. It was creamy and peppery, and just the right texture. Combined with thought provoking dinner conversation, it made the not so memorable restaurant, a pleasant overall experience.
