Halloween Treats

Every year, I look forward to this date for lots of reasons. One my dearly anticipated treats is the Halloween special Jones soda.  Jones soda takes the opportunity to get into the spirit (no pun intended) and put together at least four new limited time only special flavors.

This year they concocted Lemon Drop Dead (with a mummy on the can), Spookiwi (with the green Frankenstein you see in the back) Buried Pomegranate (with the cheesy vampire) and a Candy Corn drink (too sweet sounding, did not buy).  They come in very small cans- about 250 ml and come in a four pack.  This year's selection was actually quite nice: not too sweet and all of them had a strong fruit flavor that matched their names.  With lots of ice and sipped slowly, is a good drink to have while making last minute alterations to the costumes and decorating.
